Vanilla Derby at ECE

East Coast Extravaganza was this past weekend in Philadelphia, PA, one of the BIGGEST derby events that happens every year and Vanilla was there to rep it right. Mona Bruis’r and I were running the booth and talking to people left and right about all of our new upcoming products and not to mention, the Brass Knuckle Derby Boot. Another product that got alot of questions and praise were the Backspin Revenge Derby Wheels. Nothing but great things were said about Vanilla Derby!

We also got to watch some of the most talented derby skaters play. Every bout was intense and exciting. The person that we enjoyed most to watch was Bonnie Thunders from Gotham Roller Girls (NY) absolutely amazing jammer. Watching her skate makes my jaw drop! Another skater that was incredible was Varla Vendetta who skates out of Chicago with Windy City. She skated her heart out Saturday night against Gotham! If you ever get a chance, make sure to look this derby skaters up, you will definitely learn alot!

Although it was fun in Philly, we are glad to be home in Dallas

Dallas Derby Devils will be in Alabama at the Rocket City Rumble tournament July 16th. I will be sure to post after to let yall know how it went! Wish us luck!

Tampa

Hey guys I’m here in Tampa for the event Glow and having fun with these Florida peeps! The picture I posted is the same excactly halfpipe that Rob Dyrdek himself was on when he made it rain with dollar bills on the season of Rob and Big. Also I copped the Koston lows so now I have both high and low!! Super clean shoes and definetly a must buy for me.. The high remind me of my skates actually. I like the way Koston thinks lol. This routine was so much fun to work on last year. Diamond and I helped Mikey put this together. Fast Car is definitely a classic song.

What will Diamond and I put together this year? How will Tony and Brandon change somebody’s life this time around? Will Quinton meet someone special at the waterpark again? Only time will tell!

yo vanilla heads check this out so a bunch of us skaters were on our way to eat after this dope little battle comp in chicago, and on our way we see a truck on its side!!! so we jump out to go help. a lady was still stuck in the truck and ofcourse she couldnt speak any english. neways long story short we eventually got her out she was fine the other car was all messed up along with the driver check it……. this is just a reminder to live everyday to the fullest.
