How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for one year from the date your product is purchased.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage due to moisture, sweat, or mold. This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration caused by exposure to light.
What Vanilla Will Do
Vanilla will repair any item that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, Vanilla will replace your item with a new item of similar composition and price.

Contact Vanilla using the Contact link. A service representative will e-mail you to take all necessary action to correct problems covered by this warranty.
If you have a Backspin wheel that has chunked urethane, has a cracked hub, or has a noticeable wobble, we want them back!
We use your returned wheels to improve our products and make them stronger!
To return your Backspin wheels for replacements, please follow the following steps:
1. Box up the defective/broken wheels. (We do not need the non-defective wheels).
2. Write a note explaining the problem with the wheels. The more information the better.
3. Include your original purchase receipt in the box.
4. Include your return address in the box.
5. Send the package using UPS Ground or FedEx Ground to:
